Okay - first day on FS and first day of full commitment to losing 30 lbs. I'm 43 years old and none of the stuff I used to do to lose a few pounds works anymore...so I've been gaining steadily...which means unless I get serious about stopping this I'm going to keep being more and more bummed every time I try to get dressed in the morning! I am a former fitness trainer, spent a couple of decades in the gym and was never heavy, went slightly downhill between 31-35 yrs old, then got it together again and lost 20+ lbs; kept it off until the age of 40. Looks like I've gained almost 10 lbs a year since then...I CANNOT keep this up!

TODAY: Up at 5am, had a cup of kashi autumn wheat cereal and non-fat milk, 1/2 cup of coffee. At work by 7:30am and have had three bottles of water. 290 cal Lean Cuisine for lunch today. Will update later.
