Ate like a horse this weekend, and it showed on the scale this morning! Business as usual, in other words....massive Monday morning jump in the scale, followed by several days of falling back down to the pre-weekend levels. I guess this means that without really intending to, I'm on a sort of Spike Diet. Doesn't bother me that much anymore, I know I didn't put on 4 pounds of body fat over the weekend (if anything, the calorie surplus was quite modest). I did agree to a delivery pizza for the family on Saturday though, so those 2 slices of Hawaiian style I had probably did me in :)
