Today I have a strong urge to eat chocolate. Yesterday, I had it as well so I ate the chocolate wafer biscuit from russia and 1 ferrero. I wanted to eat more yesterday but I controlled fairly well. Because in the morn, I went for accu and concert in the afternoon so I was able to get myself distracted.

Unfortunately, today I was not able to control myself very well. I ate the chocolate wafer biscuit from russia and 1 ferrero. Initially, I wanted to eat the dark chocolate toblerone but mummy said don't open it. So I eat the russia and ferrero while still eye-ing the toblerone. In the end, I succumb to my desire and opened the toblerone. It was fantastic even though I only had 1. But I continue to have the urge to binge. And I ate 1 blueberry yoghurt wafer and the other half, I gave to mummy. But I was still very hungry or rather couldn't control my urge. So I opened 1 packet of M&M pretzels thinking that I would only take 5 pieces. But I ended up making 2 more trips to the freezer and ate up the entire packet of m&m pretzels as well as 1 small piece of curry chocolate.

Yesterday, my weight was 51.8kg but today it went up to 52.1kg and I suspect that it was because of the 2 chocolates I ate yesterday. I hope that my weight will not go beyond 52.5kg tomorrow because I will continue to persevere and reach my ideal weight of 48kg.

I am doing extremely well now; 10.7kg (since 62.5kg from the states to 51.8kg now) for 3.5months. Wangyi lost 15kg in 5.5months. So if I continue to be determined, I will definitely hit my weight of 48kg very soon.

I also suspect that my strong urge is due to my increasing needs for more calories because I had done hot yoga and I would think my body is burning more calories now.

But I am now more able to control my strong urge to binge as I have learnt how to meditate and calm myself even better now.

I'm so happy that I'm on my way to hit 48kg! =D
I will 49kg in my next journal entry! Yay! Bon courage! =D
