much better day, productive, stayed on track re diet, and have been outside to run errands, feel good.

found an exercise ball on the cheap so i will get that pumped up and use it to begin some crunches, seated stretches, and general core exercises at home, while i try to get my nerve up to hit the gym.. it will remind me to sit properly as well.

My flat is super crowded but with a bit of luck the lounge will start to open up shortly as i get more of my kimono stock set online and put away.. and i think the room might need a bit of a shuffle as well for a better sleep/work environment.. a change is as good as a rest, eh? lol

managed to get 5 items entered into my website for sale and sold another haori coat yesterday so feeling positive about that - took me about 3 yeas to collect all of these kimonos and haoris and obis, now i am trying to sell them off to recoup some of the cash and to clear my life out a bit.. letting go of things has been hard but it gets easier as time passes and as i let go of more and more it is easier to become less precious about stuff.

cheers for the support - a long way to go but the hardest part is starting.. has been a long long period of depression and fighting PTSD and as such i let my eating habits slide badly.. losing mobility especially after the foot op has really hindered getting fit again - just walking the dogs up and down the street tonight had me saying "ow" every other step lol.. a sad state of affairs for someone that ten years ago was a 6 day a week gym rat of 75 kg.. not the 100 kg out of shape limping old trout i am today ha ha.. I still need to restart the gym - i am suffering from a lot of social anxiety after a bad stalking and being in a crowd of strangers is pretty terrifying especially in the shape i'm in.. but i have got to break the barrier soon. I have stiffened up soooooo much in the last year! Anyhow thanks for the kind words x
