So I have not been on much as of late. I have been to busy trying to play catch up from the two weeks of puke fest and then my grandmother (actually she is my husbands grandmother but I have known her since 1995 or so.. so I call her grandma) being in the hospital. She is fine.. she has lost vision in her right eye adn will probably never get it back. She is 87 and lives alone.. so that makes all of us nervous. I have been taking her to dr. appts she had one this week and one next week and one the week after. She actually has more than those.. but we all take her to a few so that it is not all on one person. Now that she has lost her vision she needs a bit of help doing paper work and such.. so after her appt on Monday I filled out her checks for her and read drs reports. I was hoping to take her shopping even if it was just to the fruit market just so we could do something "fun" as apposed to just drag her around and worry over paper work. For me it was fine I was there to help her anyway she wanted me to.. I just wanted her to relax a bit and have some normalcy but she was worried about the letters she got from the hospital. So we spent 2 hours on check writing and report reading. No real time to visit except for the ride to and from the dr office. I had to pick up the kids from friends houses at like 530 so there was not much wiggle room. Next appt I am taking the kids out of school for it so they can visit with her as well and we will go to sonic and have a fun car hop lunch.. there is no sonic near us so it will be fun and every one loves great grandma. :)

So this past week on monday or tuesday I decided to get back on track and I was 4 lbs up.. but I am not going to record it.. I also am not sure wth is wrong with my head.. I have done well every day alll day until evening.. then I kinda flip out and eat everything.. like even the fish in the fish tank freak out when I go near them for fear of being eaten. Today I promised myself I would stay under calories for the day and not go crazy.. so far so good. I hope you all are well and I am sorry I have not been on lately to be supportive.. but for whatever reason I have been struggling my self lately. I hope you all have a great weekend.

It's ok Ceebs...you've got a lot going on! Stay away from the fish tank, & do what you can to identify things that might trigger the flipouts so you can prevent them. And you are so sweet for helping grandma the way you are. I'm sure she appreciates it. :)

I suspect you get hungry in the evening coz that's when you stop running around and the stress of it all catches up to you and sends you towards the fish tank. Hang in there, you're going to make it.
