I've been working out, counting calories and I haven't lost a pound! I haven't gained any either but I'm starting to get upset. I know muscle weights more ect..but i really loved seeing the scale go down! I'm not going to give up. This is a new way of life and it has to work right???
177.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
