So, after a week of vacation, and slight binging, I am still good bloated. But coming down. Have decided to change up what I do, know. Will now only eat between 9 AM and 6PM, and try to keep calories around 1500. My goal is to drop 30 by the end of Aug. it is an aggressive goal, but with help ( and my rowing machine) it should be achieve able. 🚣🚣🚣
