I really screwed up my diet last night, went to the bar and had a cocktail, not supposed to have alcohol on phase 1 of south beach diet, especially not sugary ones. Afterwards I had a chicken sandwich from Jack in the Box and curly fries! I also went to Subway and wanted to get a salad, but after noticing that all their salads only had about 150 calories, I thought I would be really hungry still after that. So I asked for them to make the Feast sandwich in a salad because it has a lot more meat and cheese, but the guy just looked at me like he was really confused. So I decided to just go for a wrap but of course they were out so the guy suggested the flat bread. Come to find out the flat bread has even more calories than the regular bread! Ugh. I think I am just going to start the diet over tomorrow.
