It seems like the weekends (especially when I have Friday off) kill my diet. I'm a horrible eater at home. During the week when I'm at work I don't have the temptations like at home. The Easter candy has been calling to me and unfortunately I'm eating it. On top of that my joints have been screaming at me, this is the worst I think I've felt in a year and I'm eating comfort foods and my workouts have been suffering. I have been fluctuating between 140 & 142 for a couple of weeks, I'm hoping that if I can stick to my diet a little better I can get into the 130's by June. This is so frustrating!!!
