today just side greens water first day of my weigh in 40 min to walk after work tonite an 30 min walk on lunch here we go all.

plzz help what can I do to lose ???

If that is all you ate today, I would suggest that you try to eat a bit more - Eating that little will slow down your metabolism. You want to work it out so that you burn about 1000 calories more than what you eat, to lose 400g (or 1lb) a week.
