Up here In Canada, thanksgiving happens back in October so nothing stop Christmas from taking over everything. So I spent most the the day out at the festival of trees fundraiser for the hospital which consisted of a lot of walk, standing and bad food. I didn't eat much, as I would have guessed because most of the food is gross and also because I forget to eat when I'm out which isn't god when you're breastfeeding. I came home and started eating right away before it got too late in the evening. Not quite up to my RDA but I think good enough not to put my body into starvation mode... and certainly not for one day. I still seem to eat a lot of calories from fat. I'll keep trying to get more protein in there. I'll have to look up some ideas that don't involve protein powder or egg whites. Anyway, we will see how my weight does after one week of tracking. Maybe I need more fat for my milk production???
