Changed my goal weight from 150 to 198. I've learned hitting small milestones help motivate me to hit bigger goals!! (..and losing 50 lbs isn't a little milestone, but compared to the first goal of 100lbs 😅) So I WILL hit this first milestone and I WILL hit another!! 😎 Let's Gooooo!!!
