Sticking to my diet very closely. Eating 1000 to 1200 calories/day. Running two niles three times/week. Started the C25K program. Prior to this, I would normally eat between 2000 - 3000 calories/day with no exercise.
I've lost only 10 lbs. I am getting very frustrated!!
