Had dinner tonight with my Mom and Stepfather. I did well at dinner, however, we all wanted dessert and ended up buying a banana split pie. The pie was DELICIOUS! The last time I had a real dessert was Mother's day so I don't feel that bad. So, of course, tomorrow is back on track.

Hey the way I see it.. if you cheat the food better be GOOD.. If its not thn its not worth it.. I learned tht not to long ago.. Disappointing cheat made me think twice about the food I pick.. lol.. feel almost like a junkie.. That pie sounds amazing by the way.. Love bananas desserts! Luckly I found banana nut cherrios.. SOOO GUD! And very low cal!

I've had those cheerios. They are DELICIOUS! I ate them straight out of the box because they just smelled so good. :) I later had them with soy milk.
