Followed diet poorly for awhile now really...but today I have been good and plan on getting back on track!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Its hard especially to follow when events come up, my birthday was yesturday and i ate a huge cookie and coco/carmel cheesecake. Of course regret it today.. good luck to us both getting on track!
