Still battling the effects of the weekend. Higher salt intake, one very high calorie day. I didn't record it in my food journal, but i did keep track in my head and the estimate was quite high. But it's good to shake up my body with higher calorie intake every so often. ^.^ Not worried about it, water will flush the salt, walking will burn more calorie, and all the sweating from the heat out side and the video tapes I do inside will push even more salt out of me. :P I'm currently the tannest I've been in YEARS! O.O And boy oh boy do I have some tan lines from the tank tops that I wear all the time. XD

Now I'm waiting for my Hubby's mood to improve before seeing if he'll agree to letting me out of the house while Jules naps this afternoon...really want to get a walking in without pushing a stroller in the heat. Jules gets cranky and bored, and I don't get nearly as much of a workout. So if he does agree, I'll be at the park right after lunch. If not, then I'll do the Jillian kickboxing workout I have while she's out. Need to make up for not having any planned workouts over the last 3 days. Oh also going to work on the laundry..I swear I think I have invisible family members I don't know about that's messing up laundry with the rest of us. Ah well.

Looks like we'll be making Pineapple teriyaki pork chops this evening with white rice and stir-fried veggies. :)
