Cheese has been my downfall this past week. Cottage cheese, American you name it I probably ate it. Think that is why I only had a half pound loss this past week. Going to take it out and try adding it in slowly. But who doesn't love cheese?
Today was my first day going to Zumba Gold after being away for a year,it was fun but I was totally lost will take a few weeks to catch up. Have really missed going to the Y not sure why I stopped. Anyway all that matters is I'm back getting some exercise.
