Ok all I have to say is WOW!!! Over time I had started picking one day every so often to push myself and really go all out on exercising. I get excited for the day that I do this because I enjoy the challenge that I place on myself, especially when I achieve it because it feels awesome when I get there. Today, is one of those days. I decided a few days ago that I wanted to go for 10 miles on the treadmill. I had already done 5 really well so I decided to double it. I have to say the 10 was MUCH harder to do but I DID IT!!! Now it may be a while before I do it again but I did it and boy and I'm TIRED but it's a good tired. I feel so accomplished by reaching the goal for my challenge. Now once I'm recovered from this one I have to come up with a new challenge. Any ideas?
