I have gained and I am ok w/that because I know exactly why and it has been corrected. I have started bike riding and going to zumba for the first time tonight!

Please let me know how the zumba class goes. I have it on my Wii and it really kicks my tushy. I am not at all coordinated. I would think it would really be fun to do in a class setting.
