Wow...I am speechless here. I cannot believe what a standstill I am at.In fact, its not just a standstill, it is complete 180 degrees. Gotta get out of this d*** slump here.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens and it's frustrating. Change your routine this week, I can't really give you any suggestions about plateau busters because I don't know what works for Atkins. But a change-up in your exercise may help. Good luck!
