So glad to finally be over the crud! Two full weeks of the ICK!

Finally made myself go do my Biggest Loser workout and I have to say it is both shocking and hurtful to realize just how quickly you lose your strength and stamina if you don't do the routine for a while. It takes weeks of working out to be able to fully participate in the workouts. Lots of sweat and sore muscles. Today was eye-opening to see that I essentially was starting over at the beginning :( Dang! How hard it is to get and how easy it is to lose! It's probably been close to three months since I did the workouts and today it showed. I've had some kind of mental block--couldn't make myself get out there and do it. But today was my day and now I've started again. Gotta find a way, a motivation to make myself stick with this every day. Something comes up, I miss a day, then three, then a week.....UG!
