37/50 miles done so far. And back down to 258 lbs. 1/2 pound from the 50lb mark. Walked 4 miles this morning and I'm really feeling the last one. And on a creepy note. There was a guy in a brown shirt sitting in the wooded part of the 1.2 mile track. O.O One of the other walkers who had a dog saw him and let the rest of us know. The police sent out a deputy to look for the guy. Not sure if they found him or not. But I won't be walking the wooded trail for awhile. Especially not at 6am when I'm the first and only person out there. I'll stick to the open tracks.

I binged for the first time in 6 months yesterday. Had an argument with my hubby. Cried, made tea, ate a cookie. Ate another cookie. But the good news is the argument is over. We both apologized. And there are no more tempting cookies in my house. I didn't log my cookies, and my snacks and dinner are not what they say in my food journal for yesterday. Just going to put the whole episode behind me.

Now time for coffee, protein powder, and some buttered toast.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
