Ok I deserve all of this gain and maybe more. The Christmas stuff is slowly getting condensed and packed up. The house is nice and warm. We have food to eat. Plus we have our health- God is Good and we are blessed. Thursday hubby has a chemical stress test. Next week he has the echocardiogram. Then we get the results and hopefully the medical clearance for his back surgery. We are now on a very tight buget- so there will be some major changes in the menu. With all the price increases and the lack of supply - it will be interesting, but I will do my best to cook healthy meals. I did increase my monthly food buget to $150/month. Plus we will only be eating 4 ounces of protein for dinner, more eggs, and using up the leftovers for lunch. We eat a lot of fresh veggies and fruit in a week. Prayers for all.
