really wanting to eat right now! I know its emotional because I am actually really full because I have already eaten too much. I don't know how to get rid of this feeling, maybe just go to bed.

drink a tall glass of water, brush your teeth and/or go to bed! if you're not hungry, don't eat. it will only make you feel guilty

I agree with the first reply. Drink a tall COLD glass of water or even a big glass of skim milk. Brush your teeth and go to bed. Did you have a bad day? You said it was emotional, so I'm just trying to understand if your day is playing a role in it. Or maybe you just meant you "feel" like eating even though your body is full. If that's the case, I would still just go to bed....and whatever you do, DON'T watch the Travel OR Food Channel!!! :) Hang in there!

I completely understand. I have the same issue with emotional eating. It's like it puts a little voice in your head that pushes you to eat. It does seem to be getting a little easier with time. I have found that even though the majority of time I am eating like I am suppose to, I do allow myself a treat from time to time. It can help on the cravings. Some days though when I have had an especially bad day that craving to eat to comfort can be very strong. If you have to, go to bed, or atleast try and find something that will keep your mind off of what you are craving. After a bit sometimes it will help you forget about your craving. When all else fails and you can't stop the craving then have a small portion of what your craving and hopefully that will satisfy you. I know it's hard, I go through the same thing but does get easier. I hope this helps you and good luck:)

Your weight loss chart looks great! Don't let one "bad" day make you feel off. We all have them. Have a big glass of ice water with lemon juice, brush your teeth, and go lay down. Tomorrow is a new day. :)
