So I'm back to my starting weight from Wednesday. I'm wondering if weighing myself every day is the best idea. I think I might see more of a positive result if I only weighed once/week but then again, weighing myself everyday keeps me accountable.
I made 2 major mistakes yesterday: 1. I didn't get a workout in, of any kind 2. I ate 3 rows of Marshmallow Peeps that my sweet husband brought home as a "surprise treat"... he means well, but I have told him not to bring anymore of those home. :)
