Feeling so bloated and blegh after all the holiday treats and it doesn't seem to go away, what's everyones thoughts on doing a water fast to reset my system and allow it to heal. How long would you suggest doing it for

Maybe you can try 16-18 hour fasting and in your eating window only eat light salads with lean protein and drink only water. Lots and lots of water. Adding sliced lemon to water also helps with feeling bloated. I personally wouldn't do extended water only fasts. I find that having crunchy fresh salads with no dressing/oils helps with feeling "bleh" and bloated.
