I am so full of fiber, my tummy is not happy! We are not used to this level of fruits and veggies in the system and there are really some interesting side effects. That aside, tonight (thursday) usually begins our weekend activities. I don't think we're going out this week, tho. And I'm ok with that. But it will be weird. I am so tired, and I think that'll definitely help me stay home.

Here's a problem: I have an employee that regularly brings me treats. Today it was a maccaroon, which I love. How do I tell him to stop?

Try Beano tablets before yoou eat to slow the bloating.

Nicely lol. My words would be, "I really appreciate when you bring me things I love. But I'm trying to eat better and I would love your support." maybe they will start bringing you fruit or just help to encourage you. I would definitely say something because it's too big of a temptation. GOOD LUCK!

A thought about the fiber that I learned and worked for me is when you up your fiber intake, you have to drink a ton of water. Without water you get all of the bloating and gas. Besides, water is good for losing weight too!
