Yesterday, I sort of freaked out about the long stall. I knew there were some problems with what I was eating but wasn't sure what they were. One day I had eaten a measured amount of jelly beans, and while I was sure they were legumes, I couldn't believe they made me stall for almost 2 weeks! Thankfully 3 of my buddies reviewed my menus and were able to pinpoint the stall. All I could really do yesterday to recover, was make sure that I got all of my calories in and start fresh today.
Well, low and behold, I dropped almost 2# overnight. I am starting with an egg this morning and will continue the course once again. I also went grocery shopping yesterday and was so pleased with the fresh veggie selection. Just love asparagus and there were also fresh green beans. Unheard of in Iowa in April! So, I've got lots of wonderful new things to make this week and since I am off for about 5 days, I fully anticipate that I'll be able to get several nice long walks in for exercise.

Congratulations on moving from your mini-plateau! I'm glad to see you back on track. Just think of all the trouble a carefully measured amount of "legumes" caused. It's a good thing you didn't find any of those beans in the produce section of your grocery store!
