BF est 7.8%

Whatever was weighing me down the last two days decided to disappear...these fluctuations make it hard to tweak my diet.

Phase 2 of P90X started yesterday. I took a "Phase 1" photo and...it didn't look like much had changed from day 1, which was disappointing. I thought my dimensions had been making some noticeable progress in the mirror, but either it didn't show up on the photos, or it was just wishful thinking. Trying not to get discouraged, but Rome wasn't built in a day, right? Takes more than 4 weeks to undo years of neglect :)
151.2 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey 7.8% is 7.8%! That is phenomenal whichever way you look at it! You seem to be very dedicated to the P90X program so keep with it. No matter what, you will see change because this is completely new territory for you. Good luck the rest of the way bud.

Thanks Gerdik, I do appreciate the pep talk...even if I'm not really at 7.8%, but you already knew I think the Omron is being generous :)

I would take body measurements as well, sometimes it's hard to see physical changes in a picture. So I would suggest breaking out the measuring tape!
