OK, I am re-reading Induction. I've slipped a few foods in that apparently are causing me big grief. Thanks to my buddies for pointing this out. The Slim Jims and salami are a no-no and I am guessing that maybe the Atkins Bars are causing me to stop being in ketosis. This sure is a learning curve here. I am so thankful for those who have gone before me...So here we go again. Winding up for this evenings meal and getting my body back into a state of fat burning.
