That was some beautiful weather yesterday and an awesome wind and rain storm last night. I slept so deeply, and that could be attributed to me not going to sleep until around two (darn homework :)). Anywho, I've got some areas to shake up and shape up from last week. That class really absorbed all of my workout time (me no like that). And instead of losing weight, I got all icky and bloaty and ate more to comfort that feeling. Well, digestion is moving again (yay!) and I forgot my water bottle so I'm making do with styrofoam cups of water (so slow). I want to see if I can see 187 by Friday again and go from there.
It was very exciting to have lost my tenth pound in March. I do feel a little sadness that it is taking so long for me still, though. But I'm tackling it and the effort makes me feel good.
