Okay so 0.2 down. I am not complaining because I saw a lot of fluctuation last week and have not been to the gym in 5 days. Very happy to get back today. As much as it is a necessary evil I have missed it and felt very guilty not going.
221.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
