Can't believe I ran for 25 minutes straight! I've never done that before! That seems kind of pathetic, especially since it took 6 weeks to work up to it, but i'm pretty psyched. Even when I was playing varsity sports and weighed 105 lbs it was difficult to run for more than a mile even on a treadmill and I did about 2.5 today.
I forgot to use my inhaler beforehand but it turns out I didn't even need it. I know running on the treadmill is way easier than running outside but I figure once I can run a 5k on the treadmill, I'll be able to run at least a mile outside.
My boyfriend started getting in shape by biking to work. We want to work out together but I can't really keep with his super fast road bike on my mountain bike so I'm looking forward to being able to run together. I've known him for 4 years and this is the smallest he's ever seen me.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
