No change; which is not too surprising. I did 35 minutes in the gym yesterday, after several days of not going because of not being well. It felt good to be back exercising.
I'm reconciled to occasional bouts of illness after last summer, but they are unexpected and they remind me that, even though I feel stronger I'm not really that much stronger than I was.
Onwards and upwards, though, onwards and upwards.

Glad your back to working out, its so hard to get back into things after you have stopped even for a short period of time.

Oh, me too. It wasn't a matter of stopping working out. It was just that I couldn't get to the gym for a few days because (a) I was ill over the weekend, and (b) pressure of work prevented me for a couple of days.
