Today I am craving for tidbits because of monthly periods so I ate potato chips and chocolates. In fact, I have finished the remaining chips I have bought from the states and some mint M&Ms. But I intend to skip dinner after eating my yellow pear at 6pm tonight.
I understand that binging is not good at all but I acknowledge the fact that eating like this once in awhile is better than I decrease my weight to my goal weight 48kg and bounce back even quicker.
So I am perfectly normal and will continue to watch my diet. I am so happy that I am slimming down and I know that I will be 50kg at my next entry!
