My schedule keeps getting interrupted, and it is really effecting my diet and exercise plan. First I had family come to visit, I ate out, instead of the planned healthy dinner. Before they left town they asked to meet for breakfast during the time I usually work out, and we ate at nasty, greasy Perkins. The stress my Step Mom has put on me to NOT take the time to exercise every morning has me checking my cell phone during my pilates classes, and not focusing like I use to. I hurry home right after class to get a small work project done for her (takes me 5 minutes) rather than finishing my work out. Last night I was working, when Billy came home with a co-worker (unannounced) and I quit working to serve up dinner, and wine and be the best host I could. This in turn meant I had to get up early to finish my work, instead of working out. It is much harder to work out unplanned, then planned, but I can't seem to get to the gym when planned...ahhhhhhhhh! I like being a reliable host to family and friends, and feel if I say no, so I can work out, everyone will get mad at me (like my Step Mom did a few weeks ago, when she threatened to get me fired for taking time everyday to work out). I want to get to a place where, no matter where or when I eat, I make healthy choices (that don't make me feel ill later). I want to be more flexible with my workouts, but that really means others having to be more flexible with me, and that seems so impossible.
