No problem. It's the red pluses that get me.

Rome wasn't built in a day. Living a healthy life is a marathon, not a sprint. Stay positive and consistent and you'll reach your goals. You can do it! :)

Hi kehfeh! I looked at your food long and here comes my unsolicited diet advice. :) I would suggest replacing your sugary breakfasts with something that will keep you full longer and also provide proper nutrition. I would suggest scrambled eggs, avocado, tomato, onion, peppers, bacon, ham, cheese, sausage and other "real" foods. And don’t get hung up on breakfast needing to be “breakfast foods”. It’s ok to eat leftover chicken or meatloaf for breakfast with a nice side of spinach or broccoli with real butter. The processed sugary breakfasts are holding you back. My advice would be to try and stay below 120 carbs per day and increase both your fat and protein. Not only will you feel better, but you should also start seeing some good progress. You can do this, we are all here to help! If you have any questions just give me a shout.

I don't know. I like the standard breakfast fare. You know... eggs, bacon, slice of tomato... and MAYBE one slice of toast with some butter. Corn flakes et al? I'd rather eat it once it's been processed by pigs, cows or chickens. You know, the way it was meant to be. The closest I get to the recommended good breakfast espoused to day was the cherry pie and ice cream for breakfast I had the other day. Oh yes I did. :D
