Don't beat yourself up too much...I know I've been there asking myself that same exact question, but don't dwell on that. Just move forward and think positively. You can do this...we've all been there...chin up!! :)

Well said Jadenby. I too have been there and was just there for the past few weeks. Won't even weight myself because it got so bad, but I'm trying to stay on track and you can do the same! You cannot get upset over it or you'll never get back on track. You just have to tell yourself that you are human and everyone cheats on their diets. You can do it. Fat Smash is trying to teach us a way of life, that is why it can sometimes be hard. We are all trying to change bad habits.

This is my 2nd time starting also. Don't give up. The first time I lost 40lbs. but then I got off track. This is my 3rd day in Phase I. Food creativity is the key. I've had french fries, fried rice and Quiche all made with Phase I allowable foods only. (French Fries) French fry cut sweet potato, baked; (Fried Rice)sauteed brown rice, egg whites, peas, onions and carrots; (Quiche) Egg whites, oatmeal, spinach, tomatoes, onions and garlic. You can do it.

I am starting today. I have a good attitude this morning. I am looking forward to watching the numbers drop! Thanks for the supportive words!

Just take it ONE DAY AT A TIME. Sounds trite, but it really works. Or take it one MEAL at a time. You're here, you're taking the right steps to achieve your goal. Go out and get healthy food and prepare yourself with lots of fruit and veggies and healthy snacks. You CAN do it!

And, yeah, we've spent our entire lives building unhealthy habits--it's too much to expect we can change all that overnight. So forgive yourself and move on. Every day is a new day.
