I've decided to start the Master Cleanse today.

The last two days involved eating the Cabbage Soup Fat Burning Diet (which is pretty good to me, since I love veggies---especially cabbage!) I cheated a few times and ate a few cookies, but that's about it. It's really hard to cook yummy things for my family, and trying to keep myself from eating it....but I'm doing my best. Let's see if I can handle this Master Cleanse though. I'm hearing mixed reviews about whether or not it's actually good for your body. I'm very interested in ridding my body of harmful toxins. I heard it helped someone get back their sleep. That made it even more intriguing to me since I have trouble sleeping. It's supposed to help with other illnesses too. Let's see if that's true. Fingers-crossed!
