i'm supposed to lose 5 lbs by now. it's been 5 weeks since i've started "my diet." i don't even wanna weigh myself right now. scared of what i might see but then again how relevant is it? decided that i cut off all of the junk sugar, it makes me feel awful and it makes my face look awful. so yea no sugar and no obsessing. i did run today for 40 min in the park. so i feel refreshed.
