Need to get back on track this week! Lazy last week! Didn't work out AT ALL. Not pleased with myself. Worked out today, but it kicked my butt. That's what I get for being lazy. Was just not motivated. :(

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" (5lb. & 8lb. weights)...had to take mini breaks during though.
128.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
