so i haven't really been on the diet since i last weighed and not exercising (sinus infection from hell!!but i haven't been eating junk either. so a .8lb gain is not too bad. but started back strong today and we will see where it goes from there.
315.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 165.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
