Ok, weekend not too bad. After an awful Friday, I stayed under 1200 calories for Saturday and Sunday and am on track for today as well. We walked 1.5 miles Sunday...didn't get much exercising done Saturday, but drove a LOT (which is why I had no time to exercise!).
Today (Monday), I did 10 minutes of Denise Austin, she kicked my BUTT. I want to be able to work up to not feeling depleted after 10 lousy minutes, but it's a start. The Leslie Sansone walking was getting too easy, so that's good!
Also did 10 minutes of strenuous toning yoga. It was a 22 minute video, so my goal is to get through the whole thing by Saturday...even though it's a busy week, I've gotta fit it in somehow.
Only 3 days left to fit the gym into 2 of those days. Going to try to go tonight, even if only for 20 minutes.
Feeling pretty good about myself today. I need to remember this, and how bad I felt Friday, so I can stay on track.
Eyes on the goal! :)
