Today was a great day. I walked for 45 minutes and it was beautiful to finally see that spring has sprung. I did drink more water and limited myself to only one cup of soda... YAY!!!!
I plan to have a weigh in bfore the end of the week. I am feeling good about today and hope that I can do even better Monday!!!
