I am so tired today from working 12 hour shifts and being up late. I've stayed off of the carbs today but haven't followed the diet in the way that I am supposed to I've only gotten 2- 8 oz glasses of water in and I haven't gone out on a walk like I planned even though the weather was beautiful here today. All I wanted to do was sleep. My 2 hour nap was equivalent to Calgon!

I guess I will just have to see what tomorrow brings. I hope it doesn't throw off the chemistry of fat burning too awful much. I am glad my days of exhaustion are few and far between. Being in my 40s sure is like being in my 20s!

Anybody would be tired with working 12 hour shifts along with everything else. You kept your carbs down and that is a good thing. Get some good rest and see what tomorrow brings. Have beautiful day!
