Skipping the scale and Omron this morning :)
Went out on the town last night, and while I wasn't 100% strict, I limited the indulgence to a pair of Guiness drafts, a hot dog (and the white-bread bun was vile - I don't miss those at all), and a handful of whole grain crackers after we got back home. Coulda been a lot worse!
