Recalculated my calorie cycling, I don't wanna do extreme fat loss anymore cos I LOVE to eat LOL So I'm sticking with just normal fat loss, slow but healthy way!
My magic numbers:
Monday: 1463
Tuesday: 1170
Wednesday: 1755
Thursday: 1463
Friday: 1316
Saturday: 1609
Sunday: 1463
It's also based on exercising 5 times/week (intense). Will be running 5 times/a week: 4 days for 10K program and 1 day long distance run 10K.
Note: exercise diary is underestimating my calories, so I add intensity to get the right calorie burnt number.
