Blew out lunch today and yesterday was St Patrick's day, so lots of excess carbs w/o the exercise to balance it out. Taking a week off next week, need to give my body some build time, then it's back at it.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
