I'm rocking along and this was a good weight loss over the weekend even though i did cheat saturday and had frozen pizza and soda but i didnt drink but about 8 oz no soda for 3 weeks makes soda taste like syrup and i had 3 slices of frozen pizza so not bad and sunday i was right back on my diet!!! and boom last 2 more pounds!! woop woop
