Dear PMS,
Why dost thou plague me every month? Thou causeth me to be mean to everyone around me; thou causeth my skin to errupt and my body to feel bloated. Thou causeth me to have cravings for things which I should not satisfy, and in spite of all the exercise I do; the reward thou givest me is weight gain.
126.5 lb Lost so far: 143.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
